How to Make 25-Minute One-Pan Honey Garlic Butter Salmon
  1. Prep the Salmon: Pat dry the salmon fillets with a paper towel and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Sear the Salmon: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Make the Sauce: In the same pan, reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant (about 30 seconds), then add honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
  4. Combine and Cook: Return the salmon to the pan, spoon the sauce over the fillets, and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped parsley over the salmon. Serve with lemon slices.
