Preparation
- Rinse, dry, and slice your apples into ¼-inch rings. Remove cores and pat dry.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with whisked egg and milk, and one with breadcrumbs, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Coat each apple ring in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Place coated apple rings in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Carefully transfer cooked apple rings to a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with honey, and serve warm.
