How to Make Air Fryer Sweet Chili Chicken
- In a large bowl, mix together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated chicken, tossing gently until they are evenly coated.
- Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once done, remove the chicken and garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
