How to Make Amazing Crabby Shrimp Stuffed Garlic Bread Bombs
- Chop the fresh shrimp into small, bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, chopped parsley, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until everything is fully incorporated and creamy.
- Slice the crusty Italian bread in half lengthwise and carefully hollow out the center.
- Spoon the shrimp mixture evenly into the hollowed-out bread halves.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and brush the outside of the filled bread with melted butter.
- Wrap each half of the filled bread in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Allow the bombs to cool for a few moments, then slice them into portions and serve warm.
