  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Or other meltable cheeses
  • 1 cup Sliced Pepperoni Can substitute with other meats or plant-based options
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Italian Herbs Oregano, basil mix

  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce For dipping

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it’s smooth and even.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Layer pepperoni slices on top of the cheese, then sprinkle with the dried Italian herbs.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly into a log, ensuring the filling is snug inside, and cut it into 1-inch slices.
  6. Arrange the slices cut-side up on your prepared baking sheet and give each a gentle brush with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until they are golden brown and flaky.
