How to Make Baked Boursin Salmon
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking dish by lightly oiling it or lining it with parchment paper.
 - Pat dry the salmon fillets, placing them skin-side down in the prepared dish. Drizzle them with olive oil, and season generously with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
 - Spread dollops of Boursin cheese evenly over each salmon fillet.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. For a golden top, broil for an additional 1–2 minutes.
 - Garnish with fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
For a dairy-free version, try using a soft vegan cheese that melts well. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
