Method

How to Make Baked Boursin Salmon
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking dish by lightly oiling it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Pat dry the salmon fillets, placing them skin-side down in the prepared dish. Drizzle them with olive oil, and season generously with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Spread dollops of Boursin cheese evenly over each salmon fillet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. For a golden top, broil for an additional 1–2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley before serving.
