Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Halve the pears and scoop out the cores, placing them cut-side up in a baking dish.
  3. Brush the pears with melted butter or oil, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Bake pears for 15 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Remove from the oven and fill each pear with brie, cranberries, and walnuts.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8–10 minutes until brie melts and walnuts toast lightly.
  7. Drizzle extra honey and garnish with fresh mint or thyme before serving warm.
