  • 2 medium Ripe Bananas mashed
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract or maple extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon or nutmeg as a substitute

  • 1/4 cup Crushed Graham Crackers or nuts/granola

Method
 

Base Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, add rolled oats, milk, yogurt, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined, creating a creamy texture.

  3. Spoon this mixture into jars or containers with lids.
  4. Place the jars in the refrigerator and let them soak overnight.
  5. When ready to enjoy, serve chilled, and top with fresh banana slices and crushed graham crackers.
