For the Wrap
  • 4 pieces Flour Tortillas Gluten-free if needed
For the Coleslaw
  • 4 cups Coleslaw Mix Cabbage and carrots
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Or Greek yogurt as a lighter option
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
Optional Fresh Additions
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Sliced Green Onions

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large bowl, blend shredded chicken and BBQ sauce until well coated.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Optionally fold in cilantro and green onions.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat, scoop in BBQ chicken and coleslaw mixture.
  5. Fold the sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom.
  6. Cut each wrap in half diagonally for serving.
  7. Enjoy immediately or wrap for later.
