Preparation Steps
- In a large bowl, blend shredded chicken and BBQ sauce until well coated.
- In another bowl, whisk together coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Optionally fold in cilantro and green onions.
- Lay a tortilla flat, scoop in BBQ chicken and coleslaw mixture.
- Fold the sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom.
- Cut each wrap in half diagonally for serving.
- Enjoy immediately or wrap for later.
