- Preheat your oven according to the crescent roll package instructions, usually around 375°F.
- In a large skillet, melt some butter over medium heat. Add the breakfast sausage links, cooking them thoroughly until they're browned.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the large eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour into the skillet with the sausage and scramble until just set.
- Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough onto a clean surface, separating it into individual triangles.
- Spoon a generous amount of sausage and egg mixture onto each dough triangle. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and roll from the wide end to the point.
- Arrange roll-ups on a lined baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
