- Boil Broccoli: Bring water to a boil, add salt and oil, then toss in broccoli. Cook for 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain well.
- Fry Bacon: In another pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside, keeping drippings in the pan.
- Prepare Garlic Sauce: In the same pan, add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water, then pour into the pan. Stir until it thickens, about 10 seconds.
- Combine: Fold in broccoli and bacon, ensuring each piece is coated in garlic sauce. Serve hot.
