For the Chicken
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken (Shredded) Shredded rotisserie chicken is recommended.
For the Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Can mix in cheddar for added flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese Optional for richness.
For the Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Optional, for freshness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  2. Boil water and cook the penne pasta according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, and ½ cup of mozzarella cheese. Stir until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the cooked pasta and shredded chicken into the sauce until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the baking pan. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.
