- Mix olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, hot sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper. Marinate the steak overnight.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and add olive oil. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Toss shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Sauté in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the marinated steak in the skillet over high heat for 2-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet over medium-low heat. Add cream cheese and stir until softened. Pour in heavy cream, season, and simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Add cooked pasta, chicken, shrimp, and steak to the Alfredo sauce. Toss until well coated and serve hot.
