Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ribeye or Sirloin Steak provides hearty protein
  • 1 lb Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast adds lean protein
  • 1 lb Shrimp main seafood element
Pasta
  • 8 oz Penne Pasta any pasta shape can be used
Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Butter using unsalted allows better control of salt
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream feel free to substitute with lighter cream
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened is best for easy incorporation
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated will melt better
Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil opt for extra virgin for the best flavor
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce Tamari can be used for gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce optional but recommended
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or use fresh garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning adjust according to spice preference
  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce adds a spicy kick
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar feel free to reduce for less sweetness
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Salt taste before adding more
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Chili Pepper Flakes omit for a milder dish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, hot sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper. Marinate the steak overnight.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and add olive oil. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. Toss shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Sauté in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
  5. Cook the marinated steak in the skillet over high heat for 2-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Set aside.
  6. Melt butter in the same skillet over medium-low heat. Add cream cheese and stir until softened. Pour in heavy cream, season, and simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  7. Add cooked pasta, chicken, shrimp, and steak to the Alfredo sauce. Toss until well coated and serve hot.
