Instructions
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely smooth.
  2. Wash your Granny Smith apple thoroughly and cut it into small bite-sized pieces.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate onto the lined sheet and spread it into an even layer.
  4. Arrange your pretzels over the melted chocolate.
  5. Scatter the chopped apple pieces evenly over the pretzels.
  6. Generously drizzle caramel sauce over the bark and use the reserved melted chocolate for a final touch.
  7. Pop the entire tray into the freezer for about 1 hour or until solid. Break into pieces and enjoy!
