Marinating & Grilling
- In a large dish, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, chili flakes, cumin, black pepper, cilantro, jalapeño, and garlic. Add flank steak, cover, and refrigerate for 1-12 hours.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high.
- Grill marinated steak for 7-10 minutes per side until medium-rare. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Salsa Preparation & Assembly
- In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, avocado, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, olive oil, crumbled feta, and salt.
- Warm corn tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Slice rested steak against the grain and layer in warmed tortillas. Top with avocado feta salsa.
