- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, chopped ground beef, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Using your hands, divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape into patties.

- Remove the patties and let them rest for a couple of minutes, then toast the hamburger buns.
