  2. Combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, ketchup, 1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  3. Slice the cheddar cheese block into 16 slices, then cut each slice in half into 32 pieces.
  4. Form 16 meatballs by combining the beef mixture and enclosing two cheese pieces.
  5. Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Prepare the biscuits by cutting them in half and flattening each piece.
