Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it’s perfectly hot when the rolls are ready to bake.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in warm water and olive oil, stirring until a dough begins to form.
- On a floured surface, knead the dough for 3-4 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
- Gently roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a separate bowl, mix together mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mixed vegetables, parsley, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Evenly spread the filling over the rolled-out dough.
- Tightly roll up the dough from one edge to the other and cut the roll into 8 equal pieces.
- Melt butter and brush it over the tops of the rolls.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Allow the rolls to cool for a few minutes before serving.
