How to Make Cheesy Big Mac Casserole
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- Sauté the diced onions and minced garlic until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Combine cooked beef with sautéed veggies, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
- Mix in mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and beaten eggs.
- Prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish by spraying it lightly with cooking spray.
- Layer half of the beef mixture in the dish, spreading it evenly.
- Add chopped dill pickles and half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the beef layer.
- Scatter torn hamburger buns over the cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining beef mixture and final sprinkle of cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
