  • 2 slices Garlic Bread Pre-made or homemade for crispy base
For the Filling
  • 1 cup Shredded Chicken Leftover roasted or rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Can substitute with provolone or cheddar
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Optional but recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Yellow mustard can be used as a substitute
  • to taste Salt Essential for seasoning
  • to taste Pepper Essential for seasoning

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Blend until well mixed.
  2. Take one slice of garlic bread and spread the chicken mixture evenly over it.
  3. Generously sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top of the chicken filling.
  4. Place the second slice of garlic bread on top. Grill the sandwich in a pre-heated skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Once grilled, remove the sandwich from the skillet, slice it, and serve warm.
