Preparation
- Preheat your skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil.
- Warm the low-carb tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, covered with a damp paper towel.
- Mix the cooked chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Divide the chicken mixture among four tortillas, placing about 1/2 cup in the center of each one.
- Cook the wraps seam-side down in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Slice the wraps diagonally and serve hot.
