  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast shredded or rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley chopped
For Cooking
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Low-carb tortillas Mission Carb Balance recommended
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 cup Baby spinach optional

Preparation
  1. Preheat your skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil.
  2. Warm the low-carb tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, covered with a damp paper towel.
  3. Mix the cooked chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Divide the chicken mixture among four tortillas, placing about 1/2 cup in the center of each one.
  5. Cook the wraps seam-side down in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Slice the wraps diagonally and serve hot.
