  5. Roll tightly from one long edge towards the border, pinching the seam to ensure everything stays sealed.
  6. Chill the rolled log in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Slice the log into 10-12 equal pinwheels, each about 1 inch thick, and arrange them cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 14-18 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
