How to Make Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Smoked Sausage
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) to ensure a perfect roasting temperature for your ingredients.
- Dice your Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes into even pieces. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned potato mixture evenly on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they turn crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Slice your smoked sausage and add it to the baking sheet with the potatoes. Return everything to the oven and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the sausage is heated through and the potatoes reach the desired crispness.
