  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  8. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
