How to Make Churro Saltine Toffee
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay the saltine crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until it reaches a gentle boil for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour the melted toffee mixture evenly over the arranged crackers.
  5. Bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the hot toffee, spreading evenly after they melt.
  7. Combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle generously over the melted chocolate.
  8. Finish with a pinch of sea salt and allow to cool completely.
  9. Once cooled, break the toffee into pieces and enjoy!
