- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the defrosted puff pastry on a floured surface to about ⅛ inch thick.
- Mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl until well combined.
- Brush the rolled pastry with melted butter, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the surface.
- Cut the pastry into 1-inch wide strips. Twist each strip several times and arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Optional: Brush with egg wash for added shine before baking.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
