Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl until well combined.
  4. Brush the rolled pastry with melted butter, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the surface.
  5. Cut the pastry into 1-inch wide strips. Twist each strip several times and arrange them on the baking sheet.
  6. Optional: Brush with egg wash for added shine before baking.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
