How to Make Cobb Pasta Salad
  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and cool for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cooled pasta with ranch dressing until fully coated.
  3. Add chopped bacon, cooked chicken breast, diced hard-boiled eggs, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped avocado, and crumbled blue cheese to the pasta.
  4. Sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper, mixing gently to combine.
  5. Drizzle extra ranch dressing over the top before serving. Serve chilled.
