How to Make Coconut Strawberry Refresher
  1. Start by hulling and washing your strawberries thoroughly. Then, measure out all your liquids.
  2. In a blender, combine the hulled strawberries, coconut milk, water, lemon juice, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a silky-smooth drink.
  4. Pour the refresher into a mason jar or glass and place it in the refrigerator. Let it chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Give the mixture a good stir before serving. Pour over ice and garnish with a fresh strawberry and a sprig of mint.
