- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Sauté chopped onions in a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned, around 5-7 minutes.
- Mix in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning, simmering for 5 minutes.
- Cook cheese-filled tortellini according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- Fold the cooked tortellini into the meat mixture until well-coated.
- Transfer everything to the baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
