Preparation
- Spray the inside of your crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the crock pot.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
- Combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth in a bowl; stir until smooth.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken, then layer the frozen mixed vegetables on top.
- Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the vegetables and gently press down.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
