How to Make Cottage Cheese Chips
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, giving it a light spray of non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Carefully check your cottage cheese for any excess liquid on top. Drain or gently blot it away with a paper towel for best results.
  3. Using a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop, place small mounds of the cottage cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each mound.
  4. Take the back of a metal spoon and flatten each mound to about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Sprinkle your chosen seasonings evenly over the flattened rounds.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes, checking starting at 20 minutes until they are deeply golden and lightly browned.
  7. Once baked, remove the chips from the oven and allow them to cool completely on the baking sheet.
