How to Make Cottage Cheese Chips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, giving it a light spray of non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
- Carefully check your cottage cheese for any excess liquid on top. Drain or gently blot it away with a paper towel for best results.
- Using a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop, place small mounds of the cottage cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each mound.
- Take the back of a metal spoon and flatten each mound to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle your chosen seasonings evenly over the flattened rounds.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes, checking starting at 20 minutes until they are deeply golden and lightly browned.
- Once baked, remove the chips from the oven and allow them to cool completely on the baking sheet.
