Cooking Instructions

  2. Sear Steak: Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for about 1 ½ to 2 minutes without moving them.
  3. Flip & Cook: Gently flip the steak bites and sear for another 1 to 2 minutes until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. Add Cowboy Butter: Reduce the heat to medium, add half of the cowboy butter to the skillet, and toss the steak bites to coat.
  5. Serve: Dish out the steak bites and serve them alongside the remaining melted cowboy butter for dipping.
