  • 4 pieces bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs juicy cut
  • 1 teaspoon salt to enhance flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the chicken thighs under cold water and pat them dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  3. Cook the bacon in a large skillet until crispy, then remove it, leaving the drippings.
  4. Sear the chicken in the bacon drippings with butter until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Sauté garlic and shallots in the skillet until tender and caramelized.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, add wine, bacon, and thyme, then bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
  7. Allow chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving, spooning sauce over the top.
