  4. Add Tomato Soup: Pour Campbell's tomato soup over the layered ingredients.
  5. Season: Sprinkle garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook: Cover and set slow cooker to low, cooking for 6-8 hours or simmer on stovetop for about 45 minutes.
