How to Make Crabby Shrimp-Stuffed Garlic Bread Bombs
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the crusty Italian bread into 2-inch thick rounds and hollow out the centers.
- Melt half of the butter in a skillet, then sauté the fresh shrimp, seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until opaque (about 3-4 minutes).
- Combine cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, chopped parsley, minced garlic, and chopped shrimp in a bowl.
- Stuff each hollowed bread round generously with the shrimp-and-cheese mixture.
- Arrange the stuffed bread rounds open side up on the baking sheet. Drizzle with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with additional mozzarella, if desired.
