How to Make Crabby Shrimp-Stuffed Garlic Bread Bombs
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the crusty Italian bread into 2-inch thick rounds and hollow out the centers.
  3. Melt half of the butter in a skillet, then sauté the fresh shrimp, seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until opaque (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Combine cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, chopped parsley, minced garlic, and chopped shrimp in a bowl.
  5. Stuff each hollowed bread round generously with the shrimp-and-cheese mixture.
  6. Arrange the stuffed bread rounds open side up on the baking sheet. Drizzle with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with additional mozzarella, if desired.
  7. Bake in your preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
