  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened for easy spreading.
  • 4 oz Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries Or fresh cranberries for a tarter alternative.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped; can swap with basil or chives.
  • 2 tbsp Honey Optional, adjust to taste.
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and crumbled feta. Stir in chopped cranberries and parsley, then season with salt, pepper, and honey if desired until well-mixed.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on your workspace. Generously spread about 1/4 of the creamy mixture evenly across the tortilla, leaving about 1/2 inch from the edges for easy rolling.
  3. Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
  4. Place your wrapped pinwheels in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, unwrap the tortillas and slice each roll into 1/2-inch rounds.
  6. Arrange these colorful pinwheels on a platter, and serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready.
