  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Coconut cream can be used as a dairy-free option
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Powder Regular paprika or chili powder is a good alternative
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley Substitute with basil or chives for different flavors
  • to taste Salt & Pepper Essential for seasoning

Cooking Instructions
  1. Prep the Ingredients: Begin by slicing the pancetta into thin pieces, mincing the garlic, and dicing the onion.
  2. Cook the Pancetta: In a large skillet, fry the pancetta over medium heat until golden brown and crispy, then set aside.
  3. Sauté Aromatics: In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the minced garlic and diced onion. Sauté until translucent.
  4. Make the Sauce: Pour in the broth, then add brie cheese. Stir until brie has melted, then add heavy cream and smoked paprika.
  5. Thicken the Sauce: Simmer for 5-10 minutes until thickened to a creamy consistency.
  6. Combine with Gnocchi: Add the gnocchi to the sauce and let it cook a few minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
  7. Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, stir in pancetta and parsley, then serve hot.
