Method
 

Directions
  1. Boil water in a large pot, and cook the penne pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Toss in the diced chicken breast, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Mix in the broccoli florets, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
  5. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream along with the Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and cheese melts.
  6. Gently fold the cooked penne into the sauce, ensuring each piece is coated. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Plate the creamy pasta immediately, and garnish with additional Parmesan or fresh herbs as desired.
