Cooking Steps

  6. Mix Rice and Cream: Add rice and cream, stir well; reduce heat to low and cover.
  7. Cook Rice: Allow to cook until rice is tender and absorbs liquid, about 20 minutes.
  8. Fluff & Serve: Fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with parsley before serving.
