How to Make Fried Pickle Dip
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat until it starts gently sizzling.
- Toast the panko breadcrumbs by adding them to the melted butter. Stir constantly for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
- Reserve a small amount of your toasted panko and chopped pickles for garnishing later.
- Mix together the remaining toasted panko, chopped pickles, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and pickle juice in a bowl.
- Garnish with the reserved panko, pickles, and fresh dill just before serving.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container without the toppings.
