Cooking Instructions
  1. Prepare Chicken: Start by tossing the cubed chicken in a large bowl with minced garlic, onion powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, paprika, salt, and olive oil.
  2. Cook Chicken: Heat a large deep pan over medium-high heat and add the coated chicken. Cook for 5-6 minutes until browned.
  3. Prep Potatoes: Coat the cubed potatoes with salt, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, and paprika in a separate bowl.
  4. Cook Potatoes: Use an air fryer set to 400°F and cook for 18-20 minutes or use the oven for 20-23 minutes until crispy.
  5. Combine: Once the chicken is cooked, lower the heat and add milk and cream cheese. Stir until smooth, then mix in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted.
  6. Fold in Potatoes: Gently fold the crispy potatoes into the creamy mixture to coat evenly.
  7. Heat Together: Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes to meld flavors.
  8. Garnish and Serve: Top with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
