Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
  3. Retain 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the skillet. Melt butter over medium heat, add broccoli florets, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 6 minutes until vibrant green.
  4. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in cream, cream cheese, chicken stock, half of the grated parmesan, and paprika. Simmer on low for 3-4 minutes until smooth.
  6. Incorporate crispy bacon into the broccoli mixture and top with remaining grated cheese.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden, broil for an extra 2 minutes for a crispy top.
  8. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve warm.
