- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the bacon in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
- Retain 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the skillet. Melt butter over medium heat, add broccoli florets, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 6 minutes until vibrant green.
- Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in cream, cream cheese, chicken stock, half of the grated parmesan, and paprika. Simmer on low for 3-4 minutes until smooth.
- Incorporate crispy bacon into the broccoli mixture and top with remaining grated cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden, broil for an extra 2 minutes for a crispy top.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve warm.
