Cooking Steps
- Fill a large pot with salted water and bring it to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken, seasoning generously with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
- Toss in the minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan until melted. Add reserved pasta water if sauce is too thick.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet, tossing gently to coat with the creamy sauce. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy.
