  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for sautéing
  • 5-6 cloves Garlic minced; fresh preferred
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce for umami flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning blended herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika adds smokiness
  • 3 tablespoons Butter for the sauce
  • 3 cups Beef Broth use low-sodium
  • 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta any short pasta works
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated for best melting
  • 3/4 cup Half and Half can use whole milk
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes for heat
  • 1-2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley finely chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat for about 1-2 minutes until the oil shimmers.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Lower the heat and add the chopped onion. Cook for 2 minutes until softened. Then, add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Add bowtie pasta, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Once pasta is tender, reduce heat to low. Stir in butter, then add half and half and grated Parmesan until smooth.
  7. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
