- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat for about 1-2 minutes until the oil shimmers.
- Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Lower the heat and add the chopped onion. Cook for 2 minutes until softened. Then, add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 1 minute.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Add bowtie pasta, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Once pasta is tender, reduce heat to low. Stir in butter, then add half and half and grated Parmesan until smooth.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
