Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- Sauté minced garlic in a splash of olive oil until fragrant.
- Cook the shrimp until pink, then add crab meat, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Mix ricotta, half of the Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream in a bowl until smooth.
- Assemble your lasagna by layering Alfredo sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, and seafood.
- Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
