  • 9 sheets Lasagna Noodles No-boil or oven-ready preferred
  • 1 pound Crab Meat Fresh lump crab preferred
  • 1 pound Shrimp Peeled and deveined
For the Filling
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes Optional
  • to taste Salt & Black Pepper Seasonings
  • 3 cups Alfredo Sauce Homemade or store-bought
For the Cheesy Mixture
  • 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
For Garnishing & Topping
  • 1/4 cup Parsley Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs Optional, for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in a splash of olive oil until fragrant.
  4. Cook the shrimp until pink, then add crab meat, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  5. Mix ricotta, half of the Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Assemble your lasagna by layering Alfredo sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, and seafood.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  9. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
