  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adjust the amount based on personal preference.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste, considering the saltiness of the vegan feta.
Optional Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs Chopped parsley or dill work wonderfully.
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Cherry Tomatoes Toss them on top for added texture.
  • 2 tablespoons Nuts or Seeds Pine nuts or sunflower seeds make a great addition.

Directions
  1. In a food processor or blender, add vegan feta cheese, unsweetened plain vegan yogurt, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Blend the mixture until it's beautifully smooth and whipped, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.
  3. Give your dip a taste. If needed, sprinkle in more salt to enhance the flavor.
  4. Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Serve the dip with crispy roasted vegetables, chips, or use it as a spread on sandwiches. Garnish with fresh herbs or a drizzle of olive oil.
