How to Make Air Fryer Cauliflower
- Prep Cauliflower: In a large bowl, combine fresh cauliflower florets with avocado or olive oil. Sprinkle in garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Toss until every floret is well coated with the seasonings.
- Air Fry: Arrange the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 380°F and cook for 15 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and crispy around the edges.
- Make Sauce: While the cauliflower is cooking, add fresh cilantro, yogurt, green chili, garlic, cumin, salt, and lime juice to a small food processor. Blend until smooth, adjusting the consistency with a bit of water if needed.
- Serve: Once the cauliflower is done, transfer it to a serving plate and generously drizzle with the cilantro yogurt sauce. Serve hot and enjoy!
