Preparation
  1. Press the Tofu: Start by pressing the tofu for at least 20 minutes to remove excess moisture.

  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Cook Until Golden: Air fry the tofu for 15 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through.
  5. Prepare the Glaze: Whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, and minced garlic.
  6. Toss the Tofu: Once the tofu is crispy, toss it with the prepared glaze.
