  • 8 ounces Boursin Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese Add after roasting

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the Brussels sprouts by washing them thoroughly, removing outer leaves, trimming ends, and halving each sprout.
  3. Arrange the sprouts on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Spread the sprouts in a single layer, cut-side down. Roast for 20 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Top the hot sprouts with chunks of Boursin cheese and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Toss the Brussels sprouts gently to coat with the melted cheese and transfer to a serving dish.
Optional Garnishing
  1. Garnish with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon juice for an extra burst of flavor!
