How to Make Crispy Buffalo Chicken Bacon Mozzarella Bombs
  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well blended and fragrant.
  2. Take a portion of the chicken mixture and form it into a ball around a piece of mozzarella cheese, ensuring the cheese is completely enclosed.
  3. Prepare a breading station with shallow dishes filled with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in a row.
  4. Coat each chicken ball in flour, making sure it's fully covered. Then dip it into the beaten eggs and finish with a coating of breadcrumbs.
  5. In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  6. Carefully place the chicken bombs in the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  7. Once golden brown, remove the bombs and drain them on paper towels. Toss in remaining buffalo sauce before serving warm.
